The push for quality at Duchy has been rewarded by the recent accreditation of ISO9001. The achievement is the result of quality initiatives and processes put in place for all aspects of the hydraulic engineering parts and service business.
For customers it will enhance their confidence in the high quality of parts and services alongside a more efficient and effective business operation. Quality is constantly checked and measured with clear procedures ensuring correct decisions are taken if, in the unlikely event, defects or errors occur.
Richard Lovell, MD at Duchy Hydraulic said : "Accreditation from ISO9001 is a good achievement for our growing business opening new doors to larger contracts. Not only does it give our customers an official stamp of quality, but it also has allowed us to revisit our systems and operations regularly to drive out cost and wastage across the board"
Rupert Endsor, Operations Controller added : " It's been a huge investment of time from the whole team but we are thrilled to have earned this certification which highlights are real commitment to quality throughout the company.
